It’s less than a month to Chinese New Year (CNY) and the one thing I’m really looking forward to this festive season are the snacks that are only available once a year! It’s really the one period in a year where all my snacks come in containers instead of foil bags. Hehe.

Almond cookies are one of my favourite CNY goodies and a definite must-have for me during this season. And while almond cookies are plenty and abundant during CNY period, really good melt-in-your-mouth almond cookies are just so hard to come by.
